While we’re Primal Nutrition and Fat Loss Experts, we’re not licensed medical doctors. That means we don’t diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions—and we can’t offer personalized advice on lab work, medications, or specific health issues.

Here’s what we can do:

What is the refund policy?

Is this the keto diet?

Not exactly. FBA isn’t strict “keto” or another restrictive diet.

Yes, we use a lower-carb approach at the start — to reset your metabolism and teach your body to burn fat for fuel (aka: enter nutritional ketosis). But that’s just the beginning. We also teach you how to:

  • Cycle carbs back in around your cycle to protect your hormones.
  • Reintroduce carbs long-term in a way that works for your body.

It’s not about eating less food. It’s about eating the right foods, in the right way, to actually heal your metabolism.

👉 Here’s the truth: if you’ve ever lost fat on a diet before, you were in ketosis. You just didn’t know it.

FBA teaches you how to do that on purpose — and keep the results.

Yes! While many of our clients are in their 30s and 40s, the principles we teach in Fat Burner Academy support women of all ages.

Whether you’re in your 20s, in your 50s navigating menopause, or anywhere in between, this program is designed to work with your hormones, not fight against them.

Honestly, this is the program we wish we had in our early 20s. It would’ve saved us years of confusion, restriction, and feeling like something was wrong with our bodies. If you’re ready to feel clear, confident, and back in control – this is for you.



What if I’m not in my 30s—will this program still work for me?

Can I join if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you’re currently pregnant, FBA isn’t the right fit just yet. Your body is in such a special phase - growing and nourishing new life - and our focus on fat loss isn’t aligned with what your body needs right now.

If you’re still breastfeeding, it is best to wait until that chapter is complete. While the program is incredibly supportive, some of the protocols we use to help with fat loss can place a bit of extra stress on the body, which may affect milk supply - and your top priority right now is nourishing yourself and your baby.

We would absolutely love to welcome you into FBA when the time feels right. We work with so many incredible postpartum mums, and this program can be such a beautiful, empowering reset once your body is ready for that next chapter.
